Look for the small black canister near the Low Pressure Fuel Pump or FCC. It is 3-4 inches long and will have a fuel line into it. It has a filter inside that should be changed regularly. The top and bottom of the canister unscrew from one another. I recommend replacing the whole canister with Nautique's regular inline metal filter.
