12 volt accessory outlets dead -- 2000 Air Nautique

I don't have power to either of the accessory outlets on my 2000 Air Nautique. The breaker for it isn't tripped; I presume that the one labeled "ACC" is the one of interest here. Any common problems that could cause this? Any thing I should look at first?

    Thanks!

IIRC, the outlet on my '99 is breaker 3. Just turn them all on and double check that doesn't get power to it for you. Assuming it does, just pop them on and off till you find the right one.

On my '99, all the breakers are pigtailed in parallel off the main breaker. There is no way just one circuit would lose power unless it managed to come unplugged from the breaker.

There are a few fuses back there, but im pretty sure the previous owner added those in.

As soon as I started poking around to see what was wrong they both started working again.
