330 Excalibur won’t fire

06 Sv211 with 330 Excalibur.
Bought last year with 180 hours on it. Ran beautifully. Winterized in fall changed the oil and filter. This spring put a new FCC filter in. I have done this before on my other nautiques. Went to start it and won’t fire. I have spark and there is fuel in the FCC bowl. Anyone got any ideas?

Fuses look good. Not sure how to check to see if the height pressure pump is actually working.

I assume you primed the fuel system after changing out the FCC by cycling the key a few times. I know you said there is gas in the bowl. To change my FCC, I have to unplug the fuel pump attached to FCC, did you remember to plug that back in? Did you change the o-rings for the FCC bowl and make sure its tight and not leaking or sucking air.

Doubt this would not be your "no fire" issue, but you also have an in-line fuel filter and I believe your year boat, next to the FCC just before the fuel goes into it....there is a screen that needs to be cleaned.

If you have spark, then seems likely that it could be a fuel pump going out and you need to check the pressure to see if good tho this is something I don't have a lot of experience with on how to do. Just make sure you check all the simple things first, like throttle is in neutral and kill switch is good.

Figured it out. Some how the slip connection inside the canister to the high pressure pump came off. I thought about it last night and checked this morning and sure enough somehow it came off during the filter change. I always have something dumb happen every spring.
