Dash repair

Hi. My '04's dash has been coming apart at the screw points, now it's loose. Any advice on how to repair these? :/

No advice on how to repair, but if you have deep pockets, you could always replace it.

I've seen it in here somewhere (but could not find it now after a brief search), someone had done a repair to the instrument console attach points using something like a fiberglass patch kit and getting creative. Patching from behind seemed to work well and created a strong attach point for the screws. I recall the final product looking really nice. I was interested at the time because my panel is a little worn/damaged at the screw points as well. However, I have bigger fish to fry right now.

Don’t know about an 04 but my 95 dash plastic isn’t the kind that can be “welded” with a plastic welder. I tried on a small piece that fell off. For broken screw points, I used epoxy to glue washers and nuts on where the screw holes were and converted over to using bolts instead of screws. About 6 months in that’s working fine.

You could possibly repair it with something like above option and then either have the dash wrapped in carbon fiber...or plasti-dip it.
