07 SANTE 220 with stock trailer. Trailer states it has buddy bearing system that appears to be similar to a vault system. How ever on the trailer I have dust caps on the hubs. Possible previous owner removed them?

I'm not familiar with the Vault system, but mine has the Bearing Buddy system. You pry the little dust cap off to access the grease fitting. As far as I can tell it is totally worthless. I had them a part to work on brakes recently. It would take more than a tube of grease to reach the inner bearing. I could see each layer of grease a previous owner had pumped in through the fitting and it hardly even reached the outer bearing.
