Linc 2.0 NCRS AUTO ON/OFF question

So just got a 2013 g23, awesome boat but the linc 2.0 system get confusing at times. Basically the other day we were surfing w/ surf turned on to to port side 10.7 mph NCRS 5 NSS 0 speed control set etc everything was working great. After switching riders and starting again we noticed the wave wasn't forming and it was all wash.... almost like it wasnt in surf mode even though it was. After switching the surf wake side to starboard and then back to port the wave formed like it always has however we tried several more times to mess with settings etc and every time we started from a stop we had to do that to get it to form. We noticed that in our selected surf user the auto NCRS was set to auto off (even tho we had it on the #5) and could not find where that setting was to turn it back on. The only user which it was set to auto on was it "back to dock" mode. We talked to the dealer and said that needed to be on however we cannot find anywhere in the setting to change that to auto on outside of the back to dock user. With back to doc selected it is on the home page but after u change to surf mode that button is exchanged with I believe the surf side button on the home screen. Can anyone help me find that option or even how to turn on the auto ncrs when creating a new user???? Unfortunatly the linc 2.0 isnt touch screen so its a little harder to get around. THANKS!!!!

On my 2014 210 there is a "surf" softkey in the main screen which has the settings for this kind of stuff

I have a 230 but agree with the post above. Once you select surf user profile, there are actually 2 pages of settings. The bottom right key should take you to page 2 of settings.

So after looking at this more this weekend I believe having a user set speed under 13 mph automatically sets ncrs to auto off. I looked under the surf softkey and when the speed is set to <13mph it takes the ncrs auto button away and replaces it with surf side or surf on/off cant remember which. I even opened up a preset wakeboard user that auto ncrs was set to on and tried to lower the speed down to surf speeds and again after I got under 13mph ncrs automatically went to off and I lost the button. Obviously was still had our setting maunally to 3-4-5, whichever etc. If anyone knows more about this please share. Thanks
