Low pressure fuel pump on gt40 question!

• Pretty sure from the tests that I have done that my low pressure fuel pump is bad. My question is, has anyone ever used these Carter brand lp fuel pumps in place of the original. It’s a lot cheaper and looks like it would work but I’m unsure. I’ve got a 97’ with a Gt40.
