    PCM 80 transmission Upgrade

    I have a 2001 SAN. Any of you have older boats and upgraded your transmission for one reason or another? Having issue with the shifter plate. Does not line up but this kit is suppose to be an exact replacement. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.

    What "upgrade" are you looking for? The transmissions in these boats are very simple. Forward, Neutral, Reverse. In some boats the transmission gears down the prop. That's about it.

      The PCM 80 is suppose to be a direct replacement for the PCM 40 but the shift brackets they sent are not the same and kinks the line.
