Have you tried unplugging the oil pressure sender? That can throw you into limp mode, which sounds a little like what you have going on. I have seen you on several other posts but I would share more of what is going on if you want a better response.

The boat ran fine last year when I pulled it out for storage.... When I went to start it this year it wouldnt start. After about 3 days of searching I found a wire had come off of the high pressure fuel pump. The plastic housing was cracked so I ordered the repair kit and fixed it. Once I water tested it ran rough. It would stall out and idled rough. I gave it a tune up. The cap and rotor were corroded and 1 plug looked a little suspect. After changing the cap, rotor, plugs and wires, the fuel pump, the throttle position sensor and the fuel pressure regulator it sounds a lot better but now it wont go over 7-10 mph. The check engine light is not on.

I would check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail. It sounds like it might be a low pressure fuel pump issue.

Also check the wire connections on the FCC, there was a change to the connectors due to the fuel eating up the connections on the top. Could be that you're only getting low pressure fuel to the fuel rail like beamons mentions.

I had a fuel filter clog and my boat would only run at low speed. Maybe check that?

If you have PP on the boat a loose cable at the servo could do that. If the motor sounds normal but simply won't speed up, could be tgat simple. Otherwise, check both fuel pumps for sure.

Its weird you say that because I messed with the perfect pass and got it back up to speed again and then the next day it would only do 10mph the next day.... I talked to perfect pass tech support and they walked me through the tests and they say the PP is working the way it should
