Zero Off No GPS - Puck Replacement Question

I have a 2008 ANTE 211 with Zero Off. All of a sudden the Zero Off has been reading "No GPS" and will not display a speed (and as a result, the cruise control is not working). I have read numerous forums online about how to trouble shoot and I have tried everything. At this point, I believe I need to replace the antenna puck. My questions are (1) I'm not sure which puck I need to order (mine is the trapezoid shape)? and (2) the harness on the new pucks I am finding online is different from mine? Does anyone have experience with these different harnesses?

The harness I have looks like this one:

    https://www.nautiqueparts.com/produc...or-r2-antenna/

Note that Nautique Parts has another harness that looks exactly the same (for a different price?):

    https://www.nautiqueparts.com/produc...o-off-2008-09/

The pucks online come with a different looking harness (there are only 2 connectors on the end instead of 4):

    https://www.zerogps.com/products/3-e...h-harness.html

I am pretty sure I have a 3-event Zero Off system as it has the options for trick, slalom, etc. I haven't heard back from Zero Off or Nautiqe Parts yet, but I'm hoping maybe I can find some help on here as well. Again, I'm trying to figure out which puck to order and how to connect the new harness to my existing wiring or if I need to order a different harness.

Here are my product numbers on my Zero Off:

    P/N: E1886029A
    SW: E1886400R

    Thanks for any help!

Since today I have no GPS on my SN200 too. So I am Interested in any progress here. I always thought with 2GPS pick ups it won‘t fail. Zero Off Tills me two missing GPS Signals and within the dashboard screen of my Team Edition it says antenna detected and no GPS satelites.

Also it gave me on the GPS screen a position that looked good. But the zero off said still GPS failure

Progress from help by another forum. GPS puck 1 gives time to the linksystem / dashboard. Diagnosis on Zero Off says failure on GPS1. When I turned off the main switch at least the speed was taken from GPS2 puck. So I turned off the main switch again interchanged antenna 1 and 2 and now clock reading is back again but Zero Off says failure GPS2 now. So I am 99% sure one GPS antenna is broken and needs to be replaced or maybe repaired.

I have a one puck system. I will try calling Zero Off to see which one they suggest ordering.

Zero Off Boat GPS Antenna E2209307A | ECI (Only 1 for this transaction). Condition is New. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope.

Zero Off is a GPS speed control system, based solely on the input from satellites and the engine management system. It is based completely on the speed across the surface of the water; therefore, there is no requirement for skier weight, crew weight, KX, PX or even any kind of wind adjustment. You simply set the desired speed and go.

            Hi,

failure is now permanent when it did first happen in 2019 and I could fix by changing the antennas a couple of times between 1 and 2 and both antennas did work then fine again.

            So here is the situation:
I came across a Zero Off GPS antenna failure when I saw time was 2PM on my dashboard and started to interchange the 2 antenna sockets on the harness.
I now know one antenna (I named it "1") is broken. Because the time reading that is on input no 1 did work after having changed the antennas and the failure switched over to antenna input 2 then in zero off service sreen mode.
I did make it work with disconnecting and changing and connection 1 year ago when I had the same issue once before.
This time it seems the antenna 1 ( I do yet not know on which side of the boat it is mounted as I did not follow the harness) needs to be replaced. Time code is only taken on antenna input 1.
I also found out that the GPS antenna is manufactured by Garmin and I got one as a spare last year already. I still need to resolder it to the DEUTSCH connector like given in the manual (picture is attached)
I now wonder if I need to reprogram the Garmin to work with the Zero Off or if it is fine with the setup. As I have one remaining and working GPS antenna I could start to make a connector to my computer and try to read out how it is programmed with the Garmin software the manufacturer provides.
But maybe someone in this group had the same issue before and could help me with that.
I also wonder if the cut through in the upper deck is that big the deutsch plugs makes it easily from the outside to the inside.

Check the picture and ask if there is something missing.

By the way the original antenna was 3 times the price of the Garmin one and when I think about the second may fail one day too I am glad when I can fix it somehow cheaper and learning more about my boat.

            Thorsten from Germany

              Any luck?
Been having intermittent GPS issues myself 2012 230, sometimes no issues for weeks at a time. Otherwise speed stays at 0 even following multiple restarts. (or my favorite jumps to 30mph while sitting idle and scares everyone due to the stereo volume blasting)
Not sure if it is a Linc issue (nautique flashed it), connection issue, or an antenna issue, but would love any insight y'all may have, thanks Click image for larger version
