    Quick release Rack Screws

I have to store my 04 210 down the street and have to take the racks off every time. Does anyone know what or where I can find a stainless screw with a knob or handls to screw and unscrew rather than using the allen wrench?

I am not completely sure what the screws look like, but what about a quick release system similar to what they put on bicycles now-a-days? They have various lengthes and sizes....some for front wheel axles and some for seat posts....they also have various materials, alluminum, titanium, stainless, etc.....might be a thought.
