I’m going to be headed to Lake Tahoe (6200 ft) soon and I’ve never had my boat much above sea leave. Should I anticipate any issues, or should it run great up there too? It is a 2000 Air Nautique.
I live in Lake Tahoe. I had a 2000 Air with the GT40. Never did anything to it except reprop it. The 422 just did not have enough low end torque, especially when weighted. I ended up putting a 370 (i think), 3 blade, recommended by Acme on it. It was way better.
