2006 super air natique questions.

Just purchased a 2006 super air nautique 220
can someone tell me what the little red light is to the left of the fuel gauge ?

My engine temp is running 160 at idle and 180's while boarding or tubing. This seems high . It spiked just after start up yesterday with a warning indicator . Shut it down to cool and restarted with temps 160-180. i would think it is the raw water pump/impeller that needs replaced. Is that an ez fix? what is normal operating temps.

That light is for the v-drive oil pressure. It should go out once the engine is operating over 1,200 RPM. If not, find out why. You're missing the decal that explains this on the dash. There more info on page 1-6 of your owner's manual.

I would check your impeller before using the boat any more. It is easy to replace.

Hey Chad - I have this same boat. Jeff has already answered your big question, but what engine do you have incase you have additional questions? Mine is the ZR6. BTW - I'd kill to have gauges as clean as yours in the photo! Keep them looking that nice.
My temp gauge lives around 170 but I'm on a mountain lake with relatively cool water. You mentioned a warning indicator came on - was this the the Check Engine light or something else?
