    How much ballast stock/option/max in a 2015 SAN 210

We picked up a 2015 SAN 210. It has the L-shaped hard rear ballast tanks and a 250lb Fat-Sac on top on each side. Are these the factory option? Or likely added by a subsequent owner?

What is the stock total ballast on this boat? Max factory option ballast?

I have a pair of 500lb Wakemaker bags from my previous boat that will mostly fit in the space (60" long x 18" wide), but I suspect that puts me over the total capacity of the boat. Any recommendations from others who have added ballast to this model boat?

Who cares. Put em in. I know a lot of guys running a heck of a lot more than that in a 210.

Put them in. I had to add a 12" x 40" piece of plywood to keep the bag from pushing on and sliding the engine compartment panel up as it fills.

Surf wave is bigger. Also with the excess capacity, we have the flexibility to tune the two sides for even wake board wake on both sides.

They may or may not be factory bags. If they are, they are the "Pro Ballast" upgrade. When you're adding ballast, the screen should show the total weight counting up. If it counts up to 1750 pounds, then these are factory (or dealer-installed) Pro Ballast bags and the LINC has been set to account for the extra weight they add to the overall ballast.
