Boat model:
2013 SN 200, 5.7 litre with 800 hours used only in Fresh Water
To date we have tried as follows;
• Replacing O2 Sensors
• Drained and cleaned fuel tank
• Changed all the fuel filters
• Changed distributor cap and rotor
• Changed spark plugs and leads
• New manifold(the one was cracked slightly)
- New MAP Sensor
- New ECM
Happens randomly. No pattern to it but often after running the boat then idling for a few minutes.. Boat still runs fine at 58km/h(36mph) .
However even without error message, doesn't appear to idle nicely. Idling is a bit rough. Quite a strong petrol smell too when idling and lots of white/light Grey smoke appears when idling. Error message disappears when you switch boat off.
Often get DTC 1157 0. Closed loop gasoline bank to high as well as especially DTC 301 on Cylinder 3 and 4.
We had a set of plugs that went bad after less than 100 hours prior to this set so guessing it's related
Any ideas or experience with something like this? If you can solve this, will be greatly appreciated.
