Do I have a fuel regulator?

So, I have had, what I believe to be, a fuel problem. Its a 2007 Nautique 206 w/ Excalibur 343 losing power under load. I put a gauge after the low-pressure pump and only got 1.5 psi. I started with the anti-siphon valve, went to pick-up screen, and then to the fuel line. All good. So, I replaced the low-pressure pump. Nope. Still have 1.5 psi there. So I replaced the high pressure pump, as it looked corroded and I have no other options. Nope. Still 1.5 psi and no power. The only thing left seems to be the regulator, but it does not seem replaceable. Does anyone have experience with this regulator?

After some researching; I do have one. I was confused because I could not make out that the regulator (#4) is inside a housing. Can this be bought at an automotive parts store?

https://www.nautiqueparts.com/produc...gines-r088002/ is your OEM part if you have a few days to wait on transit. PND discount code. IF you need it ASAP, Find yourself a parts store person that actually knows how to look up parts and you can get one for an Audi or Volkswagen (Yes its the same regulator) but make sure it says 4 bar on the regulator before you take it. Mid 2000s cars like the Jetta 1.8T or the Audi S4 4.2L. This one is pretty cheap https://www.ecstuning.com/b-bosch-pa.../0280160575sj/
