1997 Ski Nautique throttle/lever

I have a 97 Ski Nautique and while out on the lake this evening I noticed the throttle lever was loose. I could pull the lever entirely off of the gearing but it would not come completely off. I uploaded a quick video of it to this post. Where do I start with repairing this? I haven't examined the underside to see if there are any screws/bolts that have come loose that attach from the backside but was looking for advice.

There's a set screw on the underside.

Thanks Jeff, on the underside, behind the coaming pad? A regular screw or one of those odd Allen type? Thanks

It is underneath the handle on the outside (not behind any upholstery) and it's an allen / hex key. A little bit of blue loctite on that wouldn't hurt, as you don't want it coming off for someone who doesn't immediately know what to do. It happened to my sister and she kind of panicked, drove around in a circle for a minute before just hitting STOP. Rather than trying to put the handle back on, that is. Could have been worse.

Thanks, I figured it out after I went back to the boat to double check. The chrome bezel around it had turned from that little notch which covered up the screw on the bottom b/c I couldn't see it until I fixed the bezel. Yeah, I thought about it after the fact about what I would have done if it came off under power. Glad that didn't happen. Thanks for the input.
