2011 Sport 200v with 6 liter and PCM transmission. 500 hours. A couple years ago I noticed a slight ticking sound when the boat is first put in gear. Only occurred intermittently and disappeared when giving a little more throttle. I could never pinpoint it and it happened so infrequently that I couldn’t diagnose. Late this summer the transmission seems to slip occasionally when coming off power. I get a slight clunk and chatter when the boat comes to idle after being on plane. This is also intermittent and I can’t always replicate. Not sure the two issues are related. Sort of sounds like what others have described as the damper plate or spring. Any thoughts? Anyone repaired this on a similar boat?
