    I need a GT-40 Head

I had a head gasket blow and one of my heads crack on a 1995 Ski Nautique PCM 5.8 HO Pro Boss with Gt-40 heads. We're having trouble finding a new head....Does anyone have any leads on where I might find one?

Wrong web site for antique boats Have you tried Clearwater Cylinder Head. They might be able to fix yours, have one on hand or you could switch over to GT40P's. They would need to be drilled for larger head bolts and which ever way you go need brass core plugs

You shouldn't have a problem locating an acceptable set. When I was considering replacing my heads instead of rebuilding them, I was finding refurbished sets for $5-600. They are not anything special for marine use. They are typical Ford small block heads. Get the numbers off the heads and look out.
