Warning message: What does it mean???

Help.
I was out surfing this morning when the below message came up on the screen. I drained ballast and went back in at a very slow speed. What does this mean? I have a tech coming to check it out tomorrow but wanted to get an idea of what is the matter. Does anyone here have any clue what this might indicate?

"DTC 175: Adaptive - learn gasoline bank 2 low"
"SPN: 4239 FMI: 1"

if I can remember correctly it boils down to a faulty O2sinser my dealer sent me a new one and I installed it my self....
