Using Pro Mariner In the winter

My Boat has the Pro Mariner Battery Charge equipped and to be honest I have hardly used it I'll be storing in heated storage this year but still plan on winterizing. Should I utilize the battery charger and leave on maintain for the whole winter(batteries stay connected, Perko off)? I usually pull the batteries and charge periodically at home.

Yes, use the charger. Batteries connected and Blue Sea switch off.

Agreed. I usually leave mine plugged in all winter.

I also leave mine plugged in all winter. Saves taking batteries out of the boat.

Dunno, I read that only fully discharged or bad batteries that lose their charge will freeze and that it is not necessary to pull. So while I used to pull and charge once a month I stopped doing that handful of years ago. I just leave them in and top off in the spring.

Either I got older or the batteries got heavier so it is nice that you can always find an opinion on the internet to support what I was gonna do anyway.
