Original g23 Not able to plane

2013 g23 550hp supercharged. Boat is battling to plane and therefore we cannot wakeboard or wakesurf. Wave plate seems to work normally. The boat lacks power when pulling off. We believe that the supercharger is not functioning properly. Has anyone experienced this problem or have any useful information to help. Responses will be appreciated.

Sounds like a super charger problem, however, you'll want to make sure the NCRS is functioning properly. I know mentioned wave plate, but not sure if you are talking about the NSS.

Thank you. Also to add, the NSS wasn’t working because of dirt under the plates. We cleaned them and they were working. However the NCRS might be an issue because the spray/tail of water behind the boat looks too high and not normal. Does the NCRS effect the size of the spray/wake tail just behind the back board?

Even if the NCRS wasn't working correctly, this would not prevent the boat from getting up on plane. The problem lies elsewhere.

Check if the supercharger coolant pump is circulating. That’s a common problem. Are you getting any DTC codes?
