G23 - 2013 Planes fast no wake board wake

We have a G23 - 2013 model 550 HP supercharged engine

The boat planes very fast but the normal wake looks like a ski boat wake it is so flat - tanks empty

Hydro Plate is set to 5 - Speed 37 km/h
other settings NSS auto high - speed control on

No wake

I have a suspicion that the hydro plate is stuck in one position - away from transom
when out water not touching and actuator extended

When boat is out water from memory I think the hydro plate touched transom
and actuator was in

I have cleaned all plug in cables

Where does the cable for the hydro plate enter the engine bay as I cannot see it

Any suggestions or solutions will be much appreciated thanks

No errors appear in settings for hydro plate or NSS port or starboard

Yes it sounds like the NCRS plate is the problem. If you’re in wakeboard pro mode, with speed at like 23, and you get up to speed, the rear end of the boat should VERY NOTICEABLY drop into the water once you cross 18-19mph. (also side note...I can’t remember if 5 is deployed or not. You might want to reset factory profiles and try again in case something was altered.)
