Best glue for re-attaching the rubber inserts in board racks?

I need to re-attach some inserts in my racks. (Titan if the brand matters). Is there preferred glue or method?

Prob just as important to be sure the surface is super clean, like with rubbing alcohol prior to adhesive application..

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. What ever glue that was used before is hard as nails. Had to use a combination of a rotary sander and a stiff scraper to remove it.

+1 for contact cement, prepped the surface well and no issues over 4 seasons now.

OK. Contact center with good prep it is...glad I asked. Likely wouldn't have been what I would have reached for....

OK - completed this. Used Gorilla Glue and it worked great. Lesson learned: Cover the rack in blue painters tape to keep glue off the metal. It's really hard to not get it on the metal surface when you are gluing the inserts back in. It's a sonuvabitch to get off.
