    Fuel Inj Cleaner

Does anyone hear ever ad Fuel Injector Cleaner to their gas? I was thinking about adding some Lucas FI Cleaner\additive. I thought I would check here to make sure there was no harm in doing so first.

No harm... I always use Marvel Mystery Oil. It cleans out everything, seems to do a really good job. I also add it to my crankcase about every other time I change my oil.

You might also check out a product called SeaFoam. Been around for years. Originally developed for marine engines. Half a can in the throttle body, half a can in the tank. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then warm it back up and drive it like you stole it.

Of course, with a multi port injected boat, you may have to find a different avenue for that first half a can. I can't remember which hose people use to suck it up in that situation.
