It is not really hard to put it back together. Make sure you line up the inner rings of the throttle and slide it back in. Make sure that the ring that is around the piece that came off is aligned with the gear shifter. Also at the bottom of the throttle there is a little screw which you should tighten to secure it back to the other part.

Hope this make's some sense for you. I want to stress that you tighten the little screw on the bottom of the throttle real good. I had my throttle come off while backing up to the gas pump. Hit the side before I could turn the engine off..
