Anyone have a video or links on this?

i plan to tackle soon. Do you have to remove the pulley? Or is there a removeable back door cover to pull out and swap the impellor?

You will need to remove the pulley. It's just 3 bolts. The hardest part is getting down in there. I have to get on the opposite side to get to the tensioner to release the belt then go to the other side to do the swap. It's pretty easy. 30 minute job at most.

could be different on your engine, but i don't think you "remove the pulley" you un-tension the belt at the tensioner, and remove the belt. somewhere is usually a pic of belt path. yeah, usually you have to take engine cover off. un-tension and remove the belt, then usually 3 of 10mm bolt then pull out center "hub" switch impeller. and p.s. lube the impeller but don't worry about which way it goes as it will turn over if needed when you start the engine.
