    enhanced courtesy lighting

what all would it take to add the enhanced courtesy lighting to my '19 gs22.
obviously the cup holders, smalll lights, and the illuminated seatback emblem. but what else? has anybody here done this upgrade?
    thanks

No but I bet it would be a tedious and time consuming upgrade. IMHO not worth the effort regardless of cost just for "Show" and not real functional upgrades.

I did the upgrade myself on my 2018 G23. At minimal, you will need to buy the controller and wiring harness. I made each led cupholder myself however I did not build the other emblems or small lights. It was very tedious, to say the least, and going forward all new boats I order will have the enhanced courtesy lighting installed at the factory. If you buy all the parts, it can get pretty pricey. I think I spent close to 1k in parts.

Here is a pic of the wiring harness while I was testing the cupholder lights.

Where did you ge the parts? which controller? how did you connect the controler to Linc?

I want to do the same thing to my GS22...from what i am reading the wireing is already in place...was it not the case for you?

I just filled my cup holders up with candles and used Scentsy Pots for backlighting and it was a lot cheaper. **** on upholstery when that hot wax tips over though lol!

I bought mine from the dealership (Buxton Marine) and they told me which parts to order. My boat did not come with the wiring harness, only the plug that goes into the module.

I was told the G series boats have the wiring harness already there for the lighted cup holders ( I am assuming that would be all the other lighting for the enhanced courtesy package also) but I dug around on my 210 and it most definitely didnt have the harness. Not sure about my GS.

When I talked to the dealer, they said remove a cup holder and reach through the hole and the wiring harness will be close by. May check mine this weekend if I get a chance. We have a cold front coming through today so it is 74 outside.

BMANNING We are working on trying to figure out this now, was the plug for the module just hanging there behind the starboard bow leanback? or was it tucked and hidden somewhere else?

It was either hanging or zip-tied by the main harness behind the starboard lean back panel. It's been a few years back so I don't 100% remember. If you have the control module, it's pretty easy to see which plug is needed.
