Took the boat out a couple times this weekend, and the center ballast was always filling up to full. No pumps running and all seacocks shut off. No water in the bilge area either. Anyone had experience or any ideas to stop this?

In 2003, there were the helm control valves, that really didn't do anything. They just controlled the flow-rite valves, which were very ineffective. When you say the seacock is shut, do you mean that, or did you close the manual seacock down in the bilge? If you closed the one in the bilge, I would have that replaced right away.

So I have the 3 manual switches under the dash, and then also the 2 in the engine compartment. The 3 under the dash are set to closed, and then 2 in the engine compartment are set to closed as well. Only the center is filling by itself, but it is the factory hard tank. The rears are wakemakers bags.Comment

Jeff you nailed this one thank you. Went out this weekend twice and closed the valve in the floor center, and had no water coming out when trying to empty. Thanks!Comment
