Just put our boat in the water is it normal for these boats to pull right when going and quite a bit when at speed?

I know this is an old thread, but are people still having issues with pulling to the right? My '22 GS22 pulls hard to the right. I have the trim on the rudder as far right as it will go and still pulls more than I would expect. At any speed, if I let go of the wheel, it will instantly spin the wheel all the way to the right.

Not 10 minutes after writing the above post, the dealer surprised me with a technician on the lift. He acknowledged that the rudder trim fin was adjusted correctly, but wanted to try swinging it the other direction, just to see what happened. As you can probably imagine, it only made it worse. He then spent a decent amount of time in the water, looking everything over. He noticed that the tracking fin is bent a tiny amount. He agreed it does not look like I hit anything (not once have I even wondered if I did), no dings or knicks, but looks like it was a casting defect. He suspects that it is out of alignment just enough to cause the boat to pull.
I mentioned to him that I also find it very hard to keep the boat tracking straight at idle (requires constant input into the wheel, back and forth) and he said that makes sense. I had not really correlated the two as I just assumed the steering was just very touchy. He said that with only one tracking fin, it has to be dead on, or you can have problems.
I probably won't pull the boat until the end of the season, but I'll try to update after they attempt a repair.
