    I have a alternator question?

    The other day i was told if i put an another amp and tower speakers on my boat i would need to upgrade my alternator.Has anybody had to do this?My boat is a 05 super air 210 team

      I doubt you will unless it's like a bigillion watt amp.

      How many amps does your current alternator put out?

          CC's alts are barely big enough to run the stock electronics.

          I would contact Grant for suggestions.

                      Correct Craft had the Industry standard of 70amp on your year model and now has 100amp at no additional charge. You can upgrade your system, contact your dealer. You also should look at dual batteries if you do not presently have such.

                          What are you planning on running?

                          I ran three amps in my last boat, a 300w 4ch, a 500w mono, and an 800w 4ch. I ran two 650cca batteries in parallel and a 90 amp alternator. In this boat I'm using the stock alternator running a 550w 4ch, and a 300w 4ch with two blue tops. So far no problems with that configuration.

                          I will say I haven't run the system more than a few hours while sitting yet, that's Grant's style of listening. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:
