So I'm looking at boom options for my 206 and may have a line on a reasonably priced 206 BI tower boom. I would probably prefer a BI straight boom but can't seem to find one for sale and can't justify the $$ for new one given we don't use it that much. (teaching kids is our primary use)
I measured the tubes on the factory tower on my boat and they are measuring at about 1.75. Now it was my understanding that tube size on these towers is 1 7/8 - which should measure at 1.875.
Any idea what's up? This boat has the factory tower...no question.
