    Paragon Displays

Paragon owners, where are my engine hours displayed? Yes, I have read the manual (at least where I think this info. would be found) No, I don't see it anywhere. One would intuitively think that it would be displayed on the left display. Heck, we have enough real estate to display it... I had a private message with another Paragon owner who pointed out that I can see them on the My Nautique app; while true and fine, that app isn't necessarily reilable at this point AND as I mentioned before, we aren't hurting for display space. Please tell me Nautique didn't miss this little detail?

I can't remember. Does the Paragon left screen have these at the top? If so, touch the RPM and see if that changes it to hours.

      Jeff-

There are similarities, but not exactly. I'll take a pic of it today. It is rather cool/cloudy here in the Texas Hill Country today, but we will probably turn on the seat heaters and go for ride. I know on the G23, you could toggle between hours and something else... I sure hope it is there somewhere. Otherwise, we need a software revision/upgrade! Thanks.

I would prefer the hours were always visible on the left screen. Unfortunately, the only place I could find them is the top right corner of the settings tab. I was unable to use the touch screen on left screen to change any info.

You have confirmed my fears. Weather is better here tomorrow; I will experiment...such a perfunctory thing for Correct Craft to get right...

I have a feeling the only engine hours display (as noted above) is in settings... This will be fixed. IMHO.

My question is, and this is just a question and not a comment or criticism, why are engine hours so important that they need to be displayed on the home screen? They are used mostly for service intervals. I agree that it's nice to see how many hours your boat has on it, like looking at how many miles your vehicle has, but what's so troubling about pressing a few buttons to get to the settings screen as opposed to having it displayed on the home screen?

I look at mine ever time I go out in my G23 to see how many hours I have on my boat until my manufacture's warranty expires as well as oil change intervals, etc. . I can't believe that was an oversight on their premium branded wakeboat (Paragon) that the hour meter did not make it onto the home screen. A no-brainer for Nautique to upgrade the software to have that important count on the home screen

I couldn't agree more. You can get to it by moving to the settings tab on the right screen, but why wouldn't they keep it as an option for a constant display field on the left (engine diagnostics screen) - especially if they felt that it was important to have this feature on the G boats?... It seems like inconsistent logic...

I agree and that is I think the challenge the company has. There is seemingly a problem with developing and institutionalizing learnings. Like having a batch of boats (years) that don't show more then 999.9 on an hour meter.

Once you establish a norm or something it shouldn't be a completely clean slate every new boat. IMHO.

When you buy a paragon you should have the option to fully customize the screen or at least one of the screens. Nautique ownership experience should be industry best but The paragon owner should be next a level owner experience.
