Hey everyone,
I'm looking at getting scheduled and corrective maintenance part numbers in order for my 08 230 w/ the Zr390 engine.
I've found part numbers for the plugs (AC Delco 41-110), and have all the part numbers for "yearly maintenance" items as my local dealer just went through my boat replacing these items. What I would need is below:
1) I'm struggling to find the part number for spark plug wires. Can anyone chime in on this? otherwise, I'm sure another call to the dealer can solve my problem.
2) I am in the process of removing and covering up holes in my bow to cover up drilled in snaps for a bow cover... I haven't been able to find the WHITE color code used on a 2008, and don't know where I can get the kit (nautique parts seems to have a limited selection, and I see the FURY RED color is no longer available) (the other color I would need to get)
3) The Titan tower's 6x9 polk momo speaker used 4 bolts to screw in the front cover. I am missing 1 of these. I believe i found it is 1/4-20 thread, 2 3/4" long socket head cap screw.
Unrelated to part numbers - can anyone let me know their experience w/ similar (~2008) model year DAMPER PLATE issues? I am noticing in FWD or REV (at the idle stop), a metallic clanging, that seems to be typical of a spring issue on the damper plate. This noise goes away as more throttle is applied. My research tells me that it should be a non issue, but it is annoying.
I am wondering if I can minimize this noise by increasing either the transmission cable and/or throttle cable tightness.
