Engine shutting off. Will not crank. 2020 G23

I’ve recently read of multiple 2020 models, paragon and G23, randomly dying during riding. A few boat owners have their boats at the shop but no clear culprit yet. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? I have one one the way and I’m checking all of my grounds before we put it in the water (some people have found lose grounds). Also read a few posts about ballast filling up while the boat was off and in the slip over night. Guess an actuated valve is not operating correctly u/s of the ballast pumps? Any feed back or info would be appreciated as I am dreading this happening to me. I know stuff happens but the engine cutting off and not being able to start is a little concerning.....tia

I haven't heard of this happening on new boats on any large scale (either situation).

The ballast issue is a known issue on older G-series boats (before the actuated valves were used). Those valves come disconnected from the factory, but the dealer should hook them up before delivery. Once hooked up and adjusted properly, ballast shouldn't leak at all.
