PCM Excalibur 330 5.7 2011 increasing time to hold ignition on to start

I have to hold on the ignition to start my boat and it is getting somewhat longer over time. It will always start but does not fire up like it use too. I feel it is running rougher as well.
I have changed the battery and plugs so far. I read on a post to change out the distributor cap, rotor and plug wires which I will try. Any thoughts on this would be helpful. It does not have a ton of hours on it. Winterized and stored inside each year.

It’s been 9 years. Cap and rotor are a great place to start. I’d do that before the wires. Also, what’s your pressure like at the fuel rail? It could be a fuel pump issue. You can put a gauge on that to confirm before buying a fuel pump.

What should the pressure read ? I may be able to borrow a gauge to test.
