2016 230 stalling

    2016 230 stalling

    Any idea why my 2016 230 would stall during slow idle cruise around lake? It happened twice last weekend. Slowest speed possible and it just shut off after about 15 minutes each time

      Any alarms? Unless ECU is protecting the engine cause you have low fluids or engine is overheating (at idle it should not shut you down, rather put the boat into limp mode which restricts your rpm)....I cant think of a reason why it would do that.
      Really would need more details on exactly what happened at time of the stall...and what you did to be able to restart it, to guess what may be happening.

          No alarms. Just cruising down the lake at idle speed and after 15 mins it just turned off. I put in neutral and it started back up. This happened 2xs last weekend
