Damaged the prop on my G23. Took it to a repair guy twice to get fixed. Can't seem to get it balanced and still have vibration/fluttering when I am driving. Has anyone been able to get a prop repaired and have it be perfect or do I need to buy a brand new prop?

I second a different repair shop (and buying a spare). My second case of prop damage we were on vacation and a local guy was great at helping me but the result was a bad fix. Took the boat to the dealer after we got home to fix the bigger problem I thought I had and they just had the prop fixed again, problem solved.

Who ever repaired your prop isn’t up to the task and lacks credibility.... or it could be an honest oversight.
Go back to whoever repaired it and get them to have another go at it. Any quality service stands behind their work. Period. PERIOD!
But i believe we are in an era of declining ethics and quality. If they were worth a darn, they would have tested it for balance before returning and charging you. Garbage.
80% of the marine service industry falls into 2 camps:
1. hack job garbage service. shoddy service, confusion, incompetence, or lies, scams, or combinations or all of these.
2. Quality service, but grossly overpriced: “I make $500-$1000/hr or I don’t do the work”. “I make 30-40$k on a new boat sale or I give you cruddy service”
there still are honest folks out there... but they are exceptionally rare. Your prop 100% can be repaired new by quality folks.
Allllllll assuming... you didn’t bend your shaft when you had your prop strike and the issue truly is a continued bent prop. The repair service, a friend or a dealer could loan you another prop for a quick check to confirm you have a clean and properly functioning drivetrain.
