Start at the battery and check every connection. I had a 97 sport and all it was was a loose connection.2006 SV 211 (Sold)

So, when you have the engine cover open, you don't hear the fuel cell pump that normally runs for a second or two when you turn the ignition on, correct? Along with checking all connections, I'd get a volt meter, unplug the connector to the fuel cell, and see if you have voltage briefly when you turn the key. If you do, you've got an issue with the fuel cell pump (although they rarely go out). If you don't have voltage, then as mentioned, check all connections. There is a jumper you can use on the connector by the ECM / breakers that allows you to turn the pumps on manually. The info is in the GT40 manual. I can look to see if I documented anything on which pins to jump to turn the pumps on. If you jump the pins and the pumps work, but they don't when you use the key, then it's a connector, wiring, or a bad ECM.

Okay, now that I look at both pictures, the newer picture was somehow flipped; the image is backwards. The correct jumper for fuel is the one that is closer to the other connectors. See the slope at the top; it is the steeper slope. Attached are pictures I just took. One with the jumper (my thumb is closest to the fuel jumper connector). The other one is the housing that holds this jumper plug. Slide it straight up to remove the whole thing, and then pull this connector. You might be able to pull the connector out without taking the housing off, but I didn't want to yank on the wires so removed the housing from the metal frame first.
