I have a 2007 Super Air Nautique 220. Stopped running on the lake. Won't start just cranks. New gas, fuel filter. Just won't turn over. Not getting signal from start button to engine. Where should I start to investigate, if it's my start panel.. One trip on the lake, prior, I couldn't turn anything off. I had the heater, the stereo, balasts on and could stop the power. Switched it to the "all off" switch then turned it back to "all On" at it started.

I had a similar issue and it turned out the distributor was set almost 50 degrees off top center. This issue had been happening for over a year before it finally killed the starter. Replaced the starter and fixed the distributor and it was running great, until a few days ago. Now the start button doesn't even try and turn the engine over
