2000 SAN Python 502 wiring harness help!

I'm in the process of restoring a 2000 SAN with a python 502. The original wiring harness was compromised before I bought it and I'm working through some issues.. From what I can figure out as the keypads stopped working, the guy who had it began wiring up toggle switches using the harness and main power block on the engine.. Finally got all of that mess sorted out and the engine is running.. However, I have some questions:
    1. The right key pad has power but is showing red on all of the different accessory keys, nothing will work on that key pad when I press. What could be the issue here?
    2. Does anyone have a engine wiring diagram? I have a few items that I need to get back online such as the engine hatch motor.. Cannot find anything for the 502?

Any help is much appreciated.. I would love to find someone out there with the same boat and 502 to share pics.. I've been looking at everything I can find online to make sure to restore the boat back to original..!!

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Note: I replaced both key pads and the breaker box.. maybe I need to reprogram the keypads?

I've got a 502 super air and I'm Texas. I left my boat at the lake but I can take some pictures of the motor wiring harness. Mine is a 99 so the keypad situation I can't help with.

Thanks a bunch! I have replaced both key pads and the breaker box.. It was essentially how I was energizing the keypads.. pushed start twice and I've got power to everything! I'm grew up with boats but first nautique.. i'm scaling the learning curve.

If you want to shoot me an email address I will send you some old pictures of the harness from when I put the motor in. I can get some more next weekend.

...And yes, I remember from my 00' Pro Air that I had to do something with the start code when I got my new key pad.

... We have a place on Lake Whitney so the boat generally stays there but we've drug it around to other lakes a few times. I've actually never taken my own boat to Canyon but I've been on it a few times.

Finally. Post some pictures of the boat!
