2015 G23 ballast pump impeller ?

Gettin ready to change my 3 ballast pump impellers on my 2015 G23. I’m guessing these take the Jabsco Ballast King Purple impellers? Do they require an o-ring to seal them? Also...what type of lube is recommended? Will vasoline work? I didn’t want to buy the kit that comes with impeller, grease, etc if I didn’t need the o-ring and grease.

I would NOT think you would have the "ballast king" pumps in a 2015, but maybe all the impellers are interchangeable. Someone who knows more can maybe respond.

Yea, that's the correct impeller for the Jabsco. Nautiqueparts says they're "pink." https://www.nautiqueparts.com/produc...ler-pink-2016/

So you can use grease, Vaseline, whatever. But for the o-ring, it just depends on how risky you want to be. If you get all three replaced without breaking an o-ring, you didn't need them. If you break one and are off the water for several days waiting for an order to come in, you needed one (or more).

UPDATE! Ok...I checked my pumps and they are NOT the Ballast King pumps Like I first thought...so my mistake. All three pumps are in fact the Jabsco “commercial water puppy” pumps Model 18670-6127 which take the lime green impellers. Got them ordered for 20.00 ea.They are on Amazon and come with the o-ring and grease.
