I took my 1995 Sport Nautique in for starting issues and had my low pressure and high pressure fuel pumps replaced with a FCC retro fit kit and a relay replaced. The boat seems to start and run fine, I will test it tomorrow on the lake. But my question is do I need any of these pieces that were left in my bilge?

Whoever did the work was in a hurry and unprofessional. The cut zip ties - trash. The cut off spade connector - trash. The black vacuum/dust cap may be something worth keeping if you work on cars/boats but if not - trash. I would suspect the purple cap was a cover for one of the parts that was installed, if so its trash. Maybe someone else can chime in on that one.
Its possible all this stuff was there before your repair. If not this is the kind of stuff I'd expect to see from a cut rate, backyard mechanic, not a dealer charging top dollar for repairs.

Here in California certain lakes inspect your boat very thoroughly for any standing water so I keep my boat pretty clean, that’s why I found all of the “trash” while I was cleaning out the bilge. The cap is red and has raised “12v” on the other side. The lake I tried to launch today way too windy and they closed they launch ramp. I guess a shakedown cruise will have to wait for 2 weeks.
