    2017 200 ob 6.0l

Had an issue come up with 2017 200 OB with the 6.0L over the weekend. Put in start up code, push start to prime fuel and then start again, nothing. No crank. Pulled the battery and change it out for a new one. OReilly's told me it was down to a 1/4 of its life. Boat fired up fine rest of the day. Friend told me it could be throttle linkage issue at the transmission since it happened a few weeks ago and I thought it was based on throttle position, I thought maybe I had shut the boat of in gear. Looking for a picture of the throttle linkage at the transmission that can be adjusted. Could not seem to find it when looking on my own or through the forum. Thanks!

Update: Went out to run some passes last night. Did not start on the first try. Cycled the battery and wiggled the throttle a couple of times. Started up after that. I left it running in between skiers in case it would not start again. Thoughts??

Doubt on a 2017 there is a throttle linkage, you could look behind the throttle to confirm but my guess is that it will only have an electric plug (which 6.0 engine do you have)? There is a neutral safety switch on the trans that may be going out and causing intermittent issues, you may also have some corrosion starting somewhere, perhaps a ground that is not making good contact?
Occasionally the throttle itself can develop some issues and if its a "Drive by wire" throttle its typically not adjustable so my guess, that's less likely.

It is the 6.0L ZR4. I left the boat at the lake. I had always thought it was drive by wire, probably why I could not find the linkage. I ordered and neutral safety switch from Ski Dim so we will see if that corrects the problem this weekend.
