This is info for the dual float Holley on a 1985 2001 with the pcm 351.
Take the bowl off and flip it upside down.
For the rear bowl- adjust it to where the float is level. Parallel. Perfectly straight.
For the front bowl- do the same, then adjust it up 'a hair' - like 1/32'' just a tad above level.
