    SV211 Walkthrough Latch Question

Could someone shoe me a picture of the latch (boat side, not hatch side) of their SV211? My hatch has a good latch but there is nothing for it to catch on the boat side. I moved the lock nut and latch all the way down the post and it “kinda of” catches on the fiberglass but it just doesn’t seem right. I’m wondering if there is supposed to be a metal catch there.

Just boat the boat last fall...2004.

    Thanks in advance.

Don’t have access to a picture but it does only catch on the fiberglass.

Here's my catch and my latch. Anyone have a source for the rubber bumpers on the walk-through life? I could use a few new ones.

My 2005 SV-211 is similar - the walk-through latch just catches on the underside edge of the fiberglass, and the fiberglass is worn as shown in the pics others have provided. If the nuts on the latch are not perfectly adjusted, the latch doesn't hold. Mine is sensitive enough that it will only latch when turned counter-clockwise, not clockwise. I expect to address that gremlin soon by attaching an angled / rolled piece of metal along that edge to give a more substantial surface for the latch to catch. Should also end the wear on the fiberglass edge.
