The starboard ballast is not filling on my 2004 Super Air Nautique Team Edition 210. I figured it was the fill pump, so I installed a new Attwood 800 GHP Aerator Ballast Tank Fill Pump. Easy install, figured I was done and hit the lake. No luck, still wouldn't fill. So, I went back to square one. My electrical is working, I turned on the pump and physically saw the impeller spinning on the pump. Concluded its not a pump issue. I hooked my garden hose to the inlet on the ballast pump, turned on the pump and the ballast filled. So, it's not that the hose from the pump to the ballast bag is blocked. The only thing I thought it could possibly be is some type of blockage from the Starboard Fill Thru-Hull. I was able to run water from the fill pump down the hosing and was able to see it drain from the fill-thru hull. Yes, the ball valve is open. I did look to see if there was any blockage on the starboard fill thru-hull; at least visually it appeared clean. Any thoughts on what I should try next?

Weird.. I have the same issue with mine same 2004 210.. (with only my star board pump) except when I start to run down the lake with the thru hole fitting open it seems to prime my pump and allows water to flow. If IÂ’m just sitting in the water then it wonÂ’t fill.
I was going to replace the inlet hose from the thru hole fitting but it took all of me to replace the port hose. I think my issue is the hose from the thru hole fitting, and might be yours as well.
