Propellor for a Nautique with a Excalibur 330

My daughter has a Nautique boat (I have no idea year or model) with an Excalibur 330 by PCM. They were using the boat and lost the propellor when they hit a sandbar. She called the boat repair shop but they don't want to touch it if they don't know what propellor was on it.

This makes no sense to me but she called and asked me what to do. I have owned boats in the past but never had an issue like this and I am hoping someone could help with any type of guidance on how to figure out what to do.

I don't get the boat shop refusing to take with out a known propellor.

This is all great!!!! They found that their boat is a 2005 Air.

2005 Air doesn't tell us anything.

Here are the models for 2005. Find out what you've got and let us know.

As you can see, almost all models had an Air option.

Lost the propellor, as in it came off? And I would be cautious of a shop that "won't touch it till they know what propellor was on it". In 30 years I have never heard a shop need to know that... My .02

She is looking for another shop, she is on a small lake in Southern Wisconsin and think her options are limited.

I think the prop is off, she said the kids were snorkeling in the area to try and find it. I don't know why you would have to snorkel on an area if the boat bottomed out???

Stock prop would have been an Acme 536, much like this one I just sold this week.

If the prop is gone, I assume there is damage to the shaft and probably the strut too. Must have been a hard hit!
