ECM was replaced, boat still wont start

The ECM was replaced in our '05 211 Ski Nautique. It is reported by the dealer that the boat started. It will not start today.

Silver Spray Sports in Fenton. My husband thought to call a dealership in California (time difference-ours was closed). Turns out when you replace the ECM it resets the start code. Dealer failed to mention the new start code. The dealership in CA was able to tell us our new code when given the VIN. We are back on the water.
