having trouble with the 2012 Nautique 200 its a PCM excalibur 343 5.7L engine 2000 hours
Boat is running hotter than normal 175deg almost all the time and doesn't like idle or 28-30 mph. The service engine soon light will flash and go into limp mode until it is shut off and then runs normally again. It is an exhaust temp fault seemingly around 180 degrees.
I have checked all the hoses and manifolds for blockages or leaks, replaced the serpentine belt, impeller, raw water pump, and thermostat. When run without a thermostat it stays 100 degrees like you would expect. Would it be worth a try to change the circulatory pump on the boat or any ideas on a next step?
